These are currently all the occupations known within the Forsaken World. Subject to changes.
Note, for all of the crafting professions, in order to create an item you need to have first bought the recipe for that item, which only becomes available once you have raised the experience level of that particular Occupation to at least equal to the level of the recipe. When using a recipe equal to your current Occupation level you gain 2 job XP per item created. For recipes 1 level below your current Occupation level you gain 1 job XP per item created. Anything of a lower level than that will not give you any job XP.
